I purchased a pre-owned Volvo from a different dealership. I have made several attempts (5) through their website to obtain service information for scheduled service and other questions about my Volvo. They do not respond to emails, I don't understand why they offer email contact information if they do not respond. I will have to find an alternate service center since the next closest dealership is about an hour away from me. They don't represent the Volvo brand very well.

The paperwork was overnighted and he arranged shipping of the vehicle. Refreshing to have such good customer service. Even though they are 4 hours away, I will without question use them again.
