Reviewing the 2022 Volvo Lineup

For 2022, most Volvo models came with three distinct styles. Momentum was the base level trim, giving you a luxury experience complete with advanced safety tech, but leaving out some of the higher-end touches. Meanwhile, the Inscription trim focused on those premium touches like Nappa leather upholstery, heated and ventilated seats, and built-in navigation. Finally, R-Design included a sport-tuned suspension, dark exterior trim, and unique alloy wheels for a sportier look and feel.

The 2023 Lineup

For 2023, those options are gone and have been replaced by Core, Plus, and Ultimate trim levels. The Core model represents what Momentum used to be: a luxury driving experience without breaking your budget so you can drive Youngstown and Green in style. Plus adds some safety tech and elevates your drive with leather seating, adaptive cruise control, and the Pilot Assist semi-autonomous drive mode.
